GRAPE GATHERING:  manual harvest during the third week of September

VINIFICATION:  soft pressing and fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 15°C. Production of sparkling wine according to the traditional method; yeast fermentation for 12 months

ALCOHOL CONTENT:  12% vol.

RESIDUAL SUGAR:  12 GR/LT

 

TASTING NOTES

SIGHT:  intense and bright cherry-red. A multitude of fine bubbles create its long-lasting elegant perlage

NOSE:  delicate scents of fruits (cherry, woodland strawberry, raspberry, pomegranate) and flowers (rose) with a subtle note of wild thyme and hints of yeast

PALATE:  extremely pleasant tasting, fresh, mineral, balanced and round. Persisting and charming conclusion
