Very nice experience. All the wines and the food were amazing. The girl who was our guide through the winery presented in very nice manner and was very sweet and attentive. Thank you!P.S.The only thing that was missing was visiti to the vineyard. That would make the experience 100% complete. But anyway I totally recommend 👌 ☺️

Siamo andati a Cantina Polverano una domenica mattina con la speranza di provare ed acquistare qualche vino, dato che non avevamo prenotato la degustazione. Siamo stati accolti con grande calore e disponibilità da parte di Giuseppe. Abbiamo potuto visitare la cantina ed uno dei vigneti, avvalendo di spiegazioni dettagliate e, soprattutto, fornite con passione e dedizione. In seguito, abbiamo degustato dei vini eccezionali, dallo spumante ai fermi bianchi, e poi, dal rosato ai rossi. guidati in maniera esperta e, nello stesso tempo, rispettosa, da Pasquale. È stata un'esperienza magica!

Posto molto carino. Invernale la parte interna mentre l’esterno a mio avviso si presta molto alle giornate primaverili e alle serate estive. Consigliato.

Great experience there. I emailed the day before saying I didn’t want to do a formal tasting but I was interested in buying some wine. They said show up during their open hours and they would help. I showed up today and told them what I was Interested in trying and they let me try them all. Afterwards I bought the ones I wanted and it was super easy. Sadly they don’t ship to USA. They have a distributor but they are wholesale so they send to stores not to people directly. I would return here.

What a wonderful experience at a beautiful place. If you’re interested in wine and want to explore the delicious wines of Puglia, this is definitely the place to come! Our host Alessia was welcoming and knowledgeable and made us feel at home. We tried so many wines and ate some fantastic local products. The pasta was particularly tasty!Of course the most important thing was the wine and for me they make some of the most delicious primitivo wines in Puglia! Definitely book and buy some wines to take home!

we had by far the best wine tasting experience ever. The wine was amazing, the food was excellent. The whole atmosphere was just incredible. Gianni (I Hope I typed his name right) was absolutely lovely.

Great “light lunch” with wine tasting! Interesting with the history of the family company and the development.

We walked into this vineyard hoping we could do a tasting. We were welcomed by a lovely gentleman with fire red hair. We chose the light lunch tour learning about their process, history & received a generous wine tasting with food from the land. Every single wine we tasted was delicious. We would have loved to take more with us but as we are travelling we’re limited. Highly recommend this fine establishment.

This winery in Gioia del Colle is off the beaten path but is totally worth the extra effort of getting to. I was given a fantastic wine sampling and education of the grapes in the region which produce the fabulous wines of Polvanera. The facility and production methods were also thoroughly explained. I spent about 2 hours with our wine expert Donato who was friendly and made my friends and me feel welcome. Please call ahead before heading to the winery if you want to taste the fine wines. I will definitely return!

Giovanni showed us the winery and the wines Polvanera makes. He is a really nice guy. It is a truly remarkable place to visit with incredible wines. It is authentic, family owned winery that produces unique wines.

From the moment that we set foot onto Cantine Polvanera's property, we felt at home. Warmly welcomed by Emma, our tour guide, who did not cease to amaze us with her knowledge of the long and rich history of their grapes and process in which produces such beautiful wines. The tour was not only interesting, it helped us to understand the work and dedication that goes into every bottle. Our tour continued to "the season of Polvanera" where we were seated in the tasting room. The food prepared by Maria, was both fresh and delicious, paired perfectly with each wine brought to the table. If you are in Bari, visiting Cantine Polvanera should be on your list of things to do!

Actually we are not really into writing reviews, but could not resist this one. Our visit to this vineyard surprised us a lot. We enjoyed all the attention and information and got a real insight into this world of wines. Thee wines presented (of our choice) are fantastic. I can recommend this tasting to everyone. They do everything they can to make sure you have a good time. We were even picked up and dropped off from the train station as well, really helpful!
