VINIFICATION: Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Maceration with the skins of the
grapes for around 6 days. Soft pressing of the grapes.
AGING: 6 months in stainless steel tanks and 3 months in the bottle
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 12,5% vol.
TASTING NOTES
SIGHT: Golden colour with orange dazzles
NOSE: Enchanting aroma of acacia, chamomile, clove and elderflower, enriched with tones of peach syrup or tea, on a
delicately spiced background
PALATE: Full, long and velvety flavour, balanced with a smooth freshness, sharp saline notes, and traces of astringency.
Persistent ending with echoes of quince, peaches and almonds
