SECOND FERMENTATION: In sealed tanks at a low temperature. Left in contact with the yeast for three months in the tank. Refinement in the bottle for at least one month
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 11% vol.
TASTING NOTES
SIGHT: Light yellow-green color with a rich perlage
NOSE: Delicate scent of green apple, lime, lemongrass, wisteria and musk
PALATE: Agile and dynamic sip with a refreshing citrine vein and a nice effervescence. On the palate a pleasant fruity note
FOOD PAIRING: Starters, bruschetta, tarts, raw and cooked seafood, sushi, shellfish and crustaceans, pasta dishes with vegetables and seafood
